Your reservation helps us know how many people are coming, manage seating well and make room for new guests. It also gives you priority access to the auditorium before general admission begins.

Do I need a reservation?
We ask everyone attending At the Movies to reserve a free seat for the Sunday and service they plan to attend: November 1, 8, 15 or 22 at 8:00 am, 9:30 am or 11:15 am. Reservations are free and help us make room for everyone.
Coming more than one Sunday? Reserve a seat for each service you plan to attend.
What if I don’t have a reservation and the service I want is full?
Come anyway. We’ll help you find a seat. Any remaining seats in the auditorium open for general admission 10 minutes before the service begins, and we’ll have additional worship environments with more seating.
Want the best chance at the service you prefer? Reserve your free seat ahead of time. When you reserve, you can see which services still have room.
When should I arrive?
Guests with reservations can enter the auditorium 20 minutes before the service. Just show your reservation confirmation email to our team when you arrive. General admission opens 10 minutes before the service.
Does my reservation hold my seat if I arrive after general admission opens?
No. Reservations hold your seat until general admission opens 10 minutes before the service. After that, any open seat is available to anyone, so plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early to use your priority seating.
I’m inviting someone. Will we be able to sit together?
We’ll do our best to seat you together. The best way to make that happen is to reserve a free seat for each person in your group, including the friend you’re inviting, and arrive 20 minutes early for priority seating.
If your guest doesn’t have a reservation, they’re still welcome. Seats open for general admission 10 minutes before the service, and our team will do everything we can to keep your group together, though we can’t guarantee seats side by side once a service fills.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Open your registration confirmation email and choose the option to view your registration. You can cancel online from there. If you need help, use the Need Help button in your registration or email eheil@heartlandchurch.com.
What if I reserve seats and can’t attend?
Please cancel your reservation so someone else can have your seat. It only takes a minute from your confirmation email.
If something comes up at the last minute, don’t worry. Any remaining seats open for general admission 10 minutes before the service, so they won’t go unused.
Is At the Movies a good fit for kids?
The movies shown are appropriate for kids in 5th grade and up. We encourage you to check younger children into Heartland Kids.
If your child will sit with you in the service, please reserve a free seat for them too.
Is ASL interpretation, Spanish translation or the Adaptive Program available?
ASL interpretation is available at the 9:30 am service, and Spanish translation is available at the 11:15 am service.

Can I watch online?
Yes. At the Movies streams live exclusively at HeartlandChurch.tv. Because of movie licensing restrictions, this series will not be available live on YouTube.
